Here's how you can change the Hero text, first select the symbol "Background Name Container" and on the right side bar you can see three texts, start with the first one being your name or whatever you want.

To Change the text on your cards, its pretty easy, Select the symbol "quick facts card" and on the right side bar you have 4 texts to change.
